<image:caption>Through dedicated self-learning, Adam quickly became a subject matter expert in whole building energy modeling for his employer. He turned into the ‘go to’ resource for modeling related questions and enabled other employees to successfully execute on their projects. Adam also created a written standard on how energy modeling should be performed and key metrics to track in order to ensure consistent delivery of projects.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Students in the organization have access to state of the art technology through the lighting, audio, and video space. Adam developed substantial knowledge in audio engineering, lighting programming, and scenery construction just name a few. During his Junior year, he designed and executed a $250,000 system upgrade of the sound system of the main 1,100 seat Performing Arts Center. This transitioned the system from an analog backbone to a digital backbone which allowed for greater flexibility and increased sound quality.</image:caption>
